Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gathering appropriate information and documents from customers/ sales team to create customer master database KYC and ledger.
∎ Data recording and prepared report to measure the performance of the Officers/Suppliers/Customers in terms of booking /delivery/payment etc.
∎ Maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted sales / collection to actual.
∎ Ensure sales officer wise / customer wise overdue recovery from customers with a proper planning.
∎ Respond to credit and collection related inquiries.
∎ Negotiate and influence to collect market due and solve sales / collection related issues.
∎ Make credit recovery plan.
∎ Make Calls/mail/letter to remind delinquent accounts about their overdue payments.
∎ Conduct regularly scheduled field visits as well as surprise visits to ensure credit policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed by field staff.
∎ Ensure documentation of all collection related reports, work plans, and office correspondence.
∎ Sales, collection, A/R reporting on daily/ weekly and monthly basis to the higher management.
∎ Monthly bank reconciliation.
∎ Must be self-independent and strong in proper decision making.
∎ Any other job given by the reporting authority from time to time.
Salary: Negotiable
