∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Agro based Startup, Design/Printing/Publishing
∎ Strong creative and artistic abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and other creative software.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand feedback.
∎ Moderate experience in Printing (Digital & Offset) Industry.
∎ Good knowledge of Paper types, sizes & Output Setting for Offset Printing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design promotional materials such as leaflets, brochures, business profiles, and more.
∎ Develop creative concepts and ideas that align with industry practices and company objectives.
∎ Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
∎ Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

∎ Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and designs for a variety of media including print, digital, and social platforms. Develop concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
∎ Work closely with sales team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Present design ideas and concepts as per guidance.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
∎ Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and sales team expectations.
∎ Use graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) to create high-quality designs.
∎ Prepare and deliver files in the appropriate formats for printing or digital use.
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
∎ Conduct research to gather inspiration and incorporate fresh ideas into designs.Make necessary revisions based on feedback from team members.
