Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and execute various events, including conferences and corporate gatherings.
∎ Plan, develop, organize, and execute events, including expos, corporate gatherings, and conferences.
∎ Collaborate with the event team to understand and develop event objectives, preferences, and requirements.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and audiovisual teams.
∎ Create and manage detailed event timelines, ensuring all elements are executed smoothly.
∎ Oversee event setup, breakdown, and logistics to ensure a flawless experience.
∎ Manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
∎ Provide leadership and direction to event staff, including coordinators and support personnel.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in event management.
∎ Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare offer and promotional letters and fix rates for program sponsorship.
∎ Maintain liaison among clients and Ad agencies regarding concerns for day-to-day business operations.
∎ Explore and create new clients/business opportunities.Assess marketing opportunities and target markets.
∎ Write formal proposals and design business models.
∎ Research and analyze different TV channel program schedules to prepare event program schedules.
∎ Conduct viewer feedback analysis and content development.
∎ Analyze local and foreign markets for content development.
