Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc./ MBA preferably in Computer Science/ Information technology/ Finance/ Accounts/ Management or related discipline from any recognised educational institute with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or equivalent CGPA is acceptable. PMP/ Prince2 certification is preferred.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & coordinate internal resources, stakeholders and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
∎ Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
∎ Take full ownership and be accountable for the development of modules on budget, time and within the expected quality.
∎ Provide detailed status report and forecast delays and risks.
∎ Revise plans and develop alternate approach when required to mitigate delays in timeline ensuring quality & approved cost.
∎ Ensure implementation / roll out activities such as training, awareness and campaigns.
∎ Timely escalate issues when required.
∎ Manage change requests.
∎ Maintain and review Annual Maintenance Cost and Service level Agreements/Contracts.
∎ Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
∎ Provide strong leadership in a complex and matrix projectile environment to promote project management best practices in order to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and also ensure resource availability and proper allocation; remain focused on technology division Annual Operating Plan's objectives, activates and deliverables.
∎ Design, develop and implement the project management best practices that are suitable for managing special projects and ensure that project compliance are strictly followed as set by the Project management Unit (PMU).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
∎ Coordinate with the external project management team lead working for BRAC.
∎ Collaborate with other team leader to assist them for managing their projects.
