Job Responsibilities:
∎ Requirement analysis of industry specific customer and documentation.
∎ Helping in maintenance and performance tuning of ERP application and databases.
∎ Providing technical direction in the analysis, setup modules, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of Sage 300 projects.
∎ Achieving exceptional service and supporting of Sage 300 ERP functions including root cause identification and solution recommendation.
∎ Requirement enhancement need analysis and process documentation for Custom Development and integration
∎ Configuring Sage 300 solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities, and user-friendly interfaces.
∎ Providing Sage 300 end-user training and support.
∎ Documenting Sage 300 processes and preparing progress reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Able to integrate different modules in the existing system.
∎ Having knowledge and expertise of taking ERP modules and solutions from a global company.
∎ Specialization in finance, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
∎ A minimum of two years' experience as AN International ERP software business analyst in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
∎ Detailed knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with SAGE 300 systems. (Highly Preferable)
∎ In-depth knowledge of the latest advancements in ERP applications.
∎ Must have an excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
∎ Must be good at project management.
∎ Current knowledge of international ERP systems, deployment, and integration.
∎ Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
