Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Masters Degree in Commerce/Business Administration with Accounting major
∎ Experienced candidates will get added preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Requirement analysis of industry-specific customers and documentation.
∎ Helping in maintenance and performance tuning of ERP applications.
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Prepare and Write SRS/BRS (User Journey), User Manual and other analysis works for the client to finalize business requirements
∎ Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
∎ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
∎ Working closely with clients, technicians and managerial staff.
∎ Performing user acceptance testing.
∎ Meet with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues.
∎ Give the new idea to improve the quality and performance of the product/services of the company
∎ Any other assigned duties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ ERP, Finance & Accounts Software Development.
∎ Able to integrate different modules in the existing system.
∎ Having knowledge and expertise of ERP software modules and solutions.
∎ Specialization in finance, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
∎ A minimum of two years of experience as an ERP software business analyst in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the latest advancements in ERP applications.
∎ Must have excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
∎ Current knowledge of international ERP systems, deployment, and integration.
∎ Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
∎ Strong command in MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
