    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)
  • Professional certificate such as CCNA, MTCNA, or JNCIA will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

  • Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, and VXLAN in multi-vendor environments (MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei).

  • Handle prefix announcements, route filtering, and routing security with upstream/downstream peers.

  • Manage IP addressing, subnetting, VRFs, and routing policies.

  • Deploy and support L2/L3 VPNs, IPsec tunnels, and secure network services.

  • Configure VLANs, STP, trunking, and manage switching infrastructure.

  • Operate and troubleshoot GPON/EPON networks; provision services via Huawei, VSOL, C-Data, and BDCOM OLTs.

  • Install and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and servers at PoPs and data centers.

  • Provide remote/on-site support for POP locations and end users.

  • Use tools like Zabbix, The Dude, MRTG, and SolarWinds for proactive network monitoring.

  • Analyze traffic patterns, resolve last-mile issues, and optimize performance.

  • Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and enterprise clients to maintain SLA compliance.

  • Assist in capacity planning, upgrades, and infrastructure optimization.

  • Maintain accurate network documentation and configuration backups.

  • Collaborate with teams and vendors for project execution and technical support.

  • Train junior engineers and promote best practices in troubleshooting and security.

  • Ensure service delivery aligns with SLA, compliance, and operational policies.

  • Proactively communicate with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues efficiently.
