∎ Age at least 25 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure good maintenance planning and execution with proper auditing.
∎ Responsible for reducing downtime and mean time between breakdowns (MTBB).
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance reports and perform activities as per the maintenance schedule of mill operations (VRM, Ball Mill, and Roller Press).
∎ Prepare spare parts lists (local and foreign) and ensure that spares/consumables are maintained at optimum stock levels.
∎ Responsible for ensuring better and smooth operation of all equipment related to the mill, including compressors, water treatment plants, and pay-loaders, by maintaining proper maintenance.
∎ Monitor machine conditions with vibration analysis.
∎ Ensure immediate and prompt response to emergency calls for all mechanical troubleshooting of mill operations (Ball Mill, Roller Press, and VRM).
∎ Train and provide guidelines to subordinates to improve their skills, productivity, and efficiency.
∎ Maintain all HR-related activities in HRise software.
∎ Prepare equipment history cards.
∎ Bashundhara Group-Cement Industry is looking for a skilled and experienced Engineer (Mill Operation and Maintenance) to ensure smooth mill operations through effective maintenance planning, execution, and monitoring.
