Responsibilities & Context:
Proficiency in "Wilcom" software
Minimum 3 -4 years experience in headwear company will be preferable.
Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
In-depth knowledge of embroidery machines, thread types, and PMS color matching
Ability to create accurate and production-ready files
Eye for details and quality stitching
Use specialized embroidery software (Wilcom) to digitize and finalize embroidery artworks.
Select suitable fabrics, threads, needles, and techniques for each embroidery project, ensuring quality and compatibility.
Operate and maintain embroidery machines efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Customize and personalize embroidery designs to fulfill specific client or buyer requests.
