Responsibilities & Context:

*   Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical wiring, distribution boards, lighting systems, and other components in commercial and residential settings.

*   Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

*   **(For Solar Role)** Install and wire solar panels, inverters, battery storage, and monitoring systems.

*   **(For Solar Role)** Conduct commissioning, routine maintenance, and performance checks of solar energy systems.

*   Strictly comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations to ensure a zero-accident workplace.

*   Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

*   Must hold a valid Electrician License/Certification from a recognized institution in Bangladesh.

*   Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

*   Minimum of **3 years** of proven working experience as an Electrician.

*   **Prior experience with solar PV systems is a significant advantage and will be highly prioritized.**

*   Proficient in using electrical test equipment (e.g., multimeters) and various hand/power tools.

*   Physically fit to perform tasks at heights, lift heavy objects, and work in various conditions.

*   Good communication skills in Bengali. Basic reading/writing skills in English will be an advantage.

*   Must be honest, reliable, and possess a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
