1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings and shopping malls.

2. Monitor and maintain power distribution systems, circuit breakers, transformers, and electrical panels.

3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on lighting systems, escalators, elevators support systems, and emergency power systems.

4. Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure minimal downtime of mall operations.

5. Install and maintain indoor and outdoor lighting, signage lighting, and decorative electrical fixtures.

6. Maintain backup generators, UPS systems, and emergency lighting systems.

7. Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

8. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

9. Respond quickly to emergency electrical breakdowns and power failures.

10. Coordinate with facility management, contractors, and maintenance teams during renovation and maintenance work.

11. Ensure proper functioning of HVAC electrical connections and building automation systems.

12. Test electrical systems using meters, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment.

13. Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections.

14. Ensure safe work practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

15. Assist in energy-saving initiatives and electrical system upgrades within the facility.

16. Support installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems, security systems, and access control systems.

17. Supervise or assist junior technicians and apprentices when required.
