Experience:

• Diploma in Electrical
• Diploma in Electronics

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems and motor control.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting ability.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in factory or industrial electrical maintenance especially generator operation and maintenance (preference).

We are Pro-Grow Agro Protein Limited is seeking a skilled and responsible Electrician to join our factory operations team. The ideal candidate will be technically competent, safety-conscious, and capable of maintaining uninterrupted electrical operations within the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the factory generator to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

• Maintain and troubleshoot all factory electrical lines and wiring systems.

• Identify faults in machines and machine motors (good or faulty condition) and take necessary corrective actions.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures.

• Maintain proper documentation of electrical maintenance activities.

• Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and skill level)
