Experience:

• ITI / ITC Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 3-5 years of overseas experience in construction projects, preferably in tunnel construction.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of electrical technicians and laborers.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, practices, and safety regulations.
• Excellent reading and interpretation skills for electrical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach to hazard identification and risk mitigation.
• Valid KSA or GCC driving license (preferred).

About the Company

Samsung-Hyundai-Archirodon JV (SHA) is a joint venture between three leading companies in construction and engineering. We are currently undertaking a major project in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and are seeking qualified Electrical Supervisors and Gang Leaders to join our growing team.

The Role:

In this dual role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and safe execution of electrical works on our project. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians and laborers, while also providing technical expertise and planning work based on electrical drawings.

Responsibilities (Electrical Supervisor):

• Supervise a team of 6-15 electrical technicians and laborers.
• Read, interpret, and analyze electrical drawings and specifications.
• Develop work plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure electrical installations meet project standards and safety regulations.
• Identify and address potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Train and mentor team members on safe work practices and electrical tasks.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of work progress and manpower allocation.
• Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other stakeholders.
