Responsibilities & Context:
𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝟔𝟎 𝐭𝐨 𝟕𝟎 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 (for Counselor).
Update all the Leads and Application status instantly on CRM.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students about courses, universities, and visa procedures.
Assist students in choosing the right country and educational institution based on their academic background and career goals.
The candidate must have extensive knowledge regarding the student visa process, writing a Statement of purpose (SOP) and the admission procedure of different foreign universities.
Attend seminars, workshops, and training sessions as required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
Capable to work under pressur
