• Preferred Professional Certification: Social media,digital marketing,SEO
• Training/Trade Course:

Additional Requirements:

• Age 21 to 35 years

• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in publishing, with skills in writing in English, editorial & subbing, making & nurturing contacts, associated PR & putting together publications.

• They will be flexible, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines & be a team player.

• Should be very honest to their profession

• Good organizational skills, attendance & punctual

Responsibilities & Context:

• WhatsOn is looking for enthusiastic & talented Editors & Editorial Interns to produce national & international digital, online & print media.

• The successful applicant will join our expanding editorial team with further promotion prospects.

• 10.00 am - 6.00 pm, Five days per week (Mon-Fri).

• Key responsibilities of the role include being able to work with & supervise editorial team to produce a portfolio of publications

• Write & manage ideas for features, news, listings & reviews.

• Ensuring the quality and consistency in terms of presentation and structure of content

• Able to spot spelling and grammatical errors, as well as contradictions and inconsistencies, at a glance

• Keen to learn content management system & proactively manage editorial calendars.

• Establish active network with Arts, Cultural, Media, Music & Progressive organizations.

• Visit universities to actively network with contributors, collaborators, writers, artists, etc.
