∎ Proficiency in Blender, After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Can use other similar software.
∎ Experience in static design, motion graphics, and video editing.
∎ Ability to do CGI and animation work.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
∎ Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
∎ Needs to be fluent in both English and Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Edit and assemble multimedia content including CGI, animation, motion graphics, static images, and live-action video to create engaging visual stories aligned with brand guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with creative teams (designers, animators, copywriters, and directors) to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual consistency across all formats and platforms.
∎ Optimize visual assets for different platforms (social media, web, TV, mobile) ensuring correct formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
∎ Implement feedback from stakeholders and clients promptly while maintaining creative quality and production timelines.
∎ Maintain a consistent post-production workflow, managing media files, project organization, backups, and asset libraries for efficient project delivery.
