∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Service, Ecommerce, Ecommerce Marketing

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for enthusiast member for our role of eCommerce Coordinator and admin. This dynamic role is an opportunity to contribute to this fast-paced business, working for a rapidly changing the UK based e-commerce company. You will also need to have good analytical skills and be a superior communicator.
∎ Office hours 2 PM-10 PM.
∎ Due to Covid-19, we are allowing to work from home until further notice.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Listing
∎ Co-ordinating between copywriter, photographers, digital marketing and production teams to collate all assets require for product listings on both our B2C and B2B platforms.
∎ Continuously optimise product listing and merchandise categories for optimal sales.
∎ Ensure that all products are always in stock by submitting inventory reports.
∎ Regularly submit reports on collection, category and products.
∎ Wholesale Product setup
∎ Support the wholesale team with the setup of seasonal collection catalogues on our internal database & wholesale website.
∎ Asset Management
∎ Organise all of Ninety Percent's assets on our shared platform.
∎ Supply specific assets upon request from PR or Marketing.
∎ Customer Service
∎ Support our existing customer service during peak periods via email, phone and Instagram.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have excellent spoken and written English, great organisational and communication skills, and highly skilled in Excel and a good understanding of e-commerce operations.
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
∎ Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to cope up and adopt with a diverse group of people.
∎ Tech-friendly and good typing speed/accuracy.
∎ Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing strategies.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ We shall offer as per qualification and experience.
