Job Context
Care Bangladesh is an e-commerce business operating in the Bangladesh market. We are looking for motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing Sales & Order Management team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing daily online orders, contacting customers over the phone to confirm orders, providing product information, coordinating with delivery teams, maintaining order records, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the company.
Freshers who are eager to build a career in e-commerce sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process daily online orders received through the company's website and other sales channels.
Contact customers by phone to verify order details and confirm purchase intentions.
Provide accurate product information and answer customer queries professionally.
Follow up on pending, unconfirmed, cancelled, and delayed orders.
Maintain accurate customer information and order records using the company's order management system.
Coordinate with delivery and courier partners to monitor order dispatch and delivery status.
Follow up on delivery failures, product returns, and other order-related issues.
Communicate delivery updates to customers and help resolve routine order-related concerns.
Prepare daily reports on sales, order confirmations, cancellations, and delivery status.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Work toward achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Perform other sales and order management duties assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
Minimum HSC or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in e-commerce sales, telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or order management will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements
Good verbal communication skills in Bangla.
Basic computer and internet browsing skills.
Familiarity with Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or MS Excel will be an advantage.
Ability to communicate with customers politely and professionally.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales or order confirmation targets.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
A target-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for sales.
Job Location
Office Address: H-27, Nimtolirtek, Near BRTA, Sector-15, Uttara, Dhaka.
Working Hours
Candidates will be assigned to one of the following shifts:
Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Candidates must be willing to work in the shift assigned by management.
