∎ Position: Sales Executive
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, leading the customer support team, and ensuring smooth order processing from initiation to delivery.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ ✅ Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Sales and Customer Support teams. Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met.
∎ ✅ Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Plan and execute strategies by coordinating with customer support team. Analyse market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts.
∎ ✅ Customer Support Management: Oversee the customer service process ensuring a high standard of service. Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolutions. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels.
∎ ✅ Order Processing: Supervise order processing operations including order confirmation, stock checks, packaging coordination, and dispatch. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all customer orders. Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for seamless order fulfilment.
∎ Requirements:
∎ 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing is preferrable)
∎ 📈 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce operations
∎ 🗣 Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
∎ 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office, e-commerce platforms, and CRM tools🚀 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving attitude
