Job Context:
∎ Prince Bazar Ltd. is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take overall responsibility for the online revenue generated and the costs associated. The role needs to act as the connection point for the whole ecommerce team and have a deep knowledge of all aspects of online markets and how online revenue is generated. The Ecommerce Manager`s key functions are setting and delivering the ecommerce strategy, maximising as many areas of the Prince Bazar Ltd. as possible and focusing on traffic generation, conversion and customer retention.

This is an exciting time to join Prince Bazar Ltd. as we plan to launch in the first April of 2021.
∎ Location: Ideally Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your duties will involve:
∎ Orchestrates all aspects of strategic ecommerce plans;
∎ Combines existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to develop a superior brand and shopping experience for customers;
∎ Manages the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns;
∎ Utilizes extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics, especially in product experience management (PXM), product information management (PIM), digital asset management (DAM), mobile device management (MDM) software, as well as sophisticated analytics; and
∎ Professional experience in the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) digital retail market and logistics a plus.
∎ Product & Content Administration.
∎ Seller on boarding plan and execution
∎ Promotion planning & execution

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years of similar work experience at senior level in one of the leading online marketplace in Bangladesh or Overseas (e.g. amazon, flipkart, daraz, Taobao, ajkerdeal, eValley, etc.)
∎ Experience in Strategy & Planning, User Experience & Usability, Traffic Sources, Conversion Optimization, Customer Retention, and General Site Management

∎ Salary Negotiable for right candidate
