In parallel, Farazy Hospital Limited is a top online seller of healthcare equipment, medicines, and physiotherapy products in Bangladesh, holding a strong nationwide market position in physiotherapy equipment online sales. With increasing sales volumes and expanding market share, the organization is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to manage and scale its digital commerce operations.

To support this growth, Farazy Hospital Limited invites applications for the following position:

Position Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with the organization’s overall business and branding objectives.

  • Manage and oversee all online sales channels, including the hospital website, online platforms, marketplaces, and healthcare service aggregators.

  • Monitor online sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to drive continuous improvement and growth.

  • Website & Platform Management

  • Oversee website design, functionality, content management, and user experience (UX).

  • Manage and regularly update the hospital website using WordPress, ensuring accuracy, performance, and security.

  • Coordinate product and service uploads, pricing updates, availability, and promotional content.

  • Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:

  • Google Ads and SEO

  • Facebook and Instagram

  • TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI.

  • Drive website traffic, lead generation, and online service bookings.

  • Content Management

  • Supervise digital content creation for hospital services, medical equipment, physiotherapy services, and promotional materials.

  • Ensure consistent, accurate, and engaging content across websites and social media platforms.

  • Customer Experience & Support

  • Optimize the online customer journey from inquiry to booking and service delivery.

  • Coordinate with customer support teams and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

  • Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and present actionable insights to management.
