Job Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Operations
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with the organization’s overall business and branding objectives.
Manage and oversee all online sales channels, including the hospital website, online platforms, marketplaces, and healthcare service aggregators.
Monitor online sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Website & Platform Management
Oversee website design, functionality, content management, and user experience (UX).
Manage and regularly update the hospital website using WordPress, ensuring accuracy, performance, and security.
Coordinate product and service uploads, pricing updates, availability, and promotional content.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
Google Ads and SEO
Facebook and Instagram
TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms
Manage paid advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI.
Drive website traffic, lead generation, and online service bookings.
Content Management
Supervise digital content creation for hospital services, medical equipment, physiotherapy services, and promotional materials.
Ensure consistent, accurate, and engaging content across websites and social media platforms.
Customer Experience & Support
Optimize the online customer journey from inquiry to booking and service delivery.
Coordinate with customer support teams and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Analytics
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and present actionable insights to management.
