Experience:

• Diploma in Medical

• Diploma in Medical Technology or BSc/MSc in Medical Laboratory Technology/Clinical Pathology or relevant discipline from a recognized institution.

• Additional training in Laboratory Management or Quality Assurance will be an added advantage.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Chamber, Healthcare Startup

• Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a clinical diagnostic laboratory.

• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience will be preferred.

• Only candidates meeting the above requirements will be considered.

• Skills & Competencies:

• High level of diagnostic accuracy & Clinical judgment.

• Strong leadership, Communication and organizational skills.

• In-depth knowledge of laboratory equipment, diagnostic procedures, and quality standards.

• Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Location: Rampura Banashree, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Department: Laboratory Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision and management of laboratory operations.

• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely reporting of diagnostic tests.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate laboratory staff.

• Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory of reagents and consumables.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with doctors and management regarding laboratory services and urgent reports.

• Prepare and submit regular operational, quality, and performance reports.
