Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting, organizing, and maintaining vast amounts of e-commerce data from multiple international markets, including sales figures, customer behaviour, product performance, and market trends.
∎ Analysing and interpreting e-commerce data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can lead to actionable business recommendations.
∎ Conducting in-depth analyses of international markets to understand customer preferences, local trends, and competitive landscapes.
∎ Creating comprehensive reports and dashboards that showcase key performance indicators (KPIs) for our international e-commerce operations.
∎ Monitoring the performance of products, marketing campaigns, and overall e-commerce initiatives, highlighting areas of success and areas that require improvement.
∎ Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for expansion in international markets, including potential target regions and customer segments.
∎ Analysing competitor strategies, pricing, promotions, and market positioning to inform our own competitive strategies.
∎ Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to design and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize website features, layouts, and marketing campaigns.
∎ Staying up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in data analysis tools, and e-commerce best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of data analysis processes.
