∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Proper Execution of Fabric Plan.
∎ Ensure fabric delivery as per the delivery plan.
∎ Coordinate with the Merchant Team to set fabric projection.
∎ To Ensure fabric Planning and organizing production schedules considering target delivery dates by assessing the capacity of the Production unit.
∎ Ensure production target achieved as per given planning.
∎ Regular Monitoring follow-up of Production considering quality parameters.
∎ Ensure Quality Issues in the early stage of Production.
∎ Maintain a healthy atmosphere with Management to deliver high-quality goods on time.
∎ Prepare Production Reports with projections on a regular basis and report to the management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of Dyeing technology & new fabric Developments
∎ Must have knowledge about the International Quality Norms of fabric quality, Technical Limitations, Diff Processes starting from Yarn to Finished fabric.
∎ Good in Fabric Technical, TNA-based production planning, and committed to OTD
∎ Analytical & cost-saving Approach
∎ Excellent in communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good Team player
∎ Hardworking & able to work under pressure
∎ Must have good knowledge of Computing skills including MS Office
∎ Must have the mentality of living near the factory
