Dyeign Quality, GPQ
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in working with LIDL & KIABI Buyer Dyeing factory (Knit composite).
∎ Experienced with handling LIDL & KIABI Fabric Shade and Quality Approval before delivery to Fabric Store.
∎ Batch wise inspection and quality control of LIDL & KIABI Order fabric from Dyeing & Finishing Dept.
∎ Coordinate with Color lab for shade approval against Lab dip & PP hanger.
∎ Batch wise Physical Lab test report keeping on color fastness, shrinkage, GSM, pilling, pH etc. as per LIDL & KIABI Quality Manual. All test pass before fabric delivery.
∎ PP Sample Fabric / Bulk batch fabric shade and Quality approval as per LIDL & KIABI approved quality standard.
∎ Communicate with buying house Fabric Colorists / Technician for approval purpose.
