Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in Agricultural Engineer/Mechanical Engineer from any reputed Public/Private University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Sales plans and target in alignment with business objectives.
∎ Report to the Management on Sales results and forecast of quarterly, half yearly and annual turnover.
∎ Analyze national market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
∎ Identify potential customers and build strong relationship with existing customers
∎ Evaluate performance of Sales team and provide appropriate feedback
∎ Directly and indirectly manage a team of 20 people consists of area Sales leaders, service engineers and recovery officers.
∎ Arrange and monitor different customer engagement initiatives.
∎ Engagement with Govt. and Non-Govt. Agricultural Wings particularly DAE & BRRI etc.
∎ Establish proper monitoring system of the field-force under your supervision.
∎ Oversee Sales and promotional activities to achieve revenue goals.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: Around 35 year(s) (May be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates)
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in the relevant field.
∎ Should be self motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing & Sales of Agricultural Machinaries etc
∎ Wide travel across the country is required.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
