Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 45 years

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Studies/Marketing). Noted that educational level may be considered based on experience in the business area and strong network.

Divisional Sales Manager: Minimum 8–10 years in sales & marketing with at least 3 years in managerial position.

Area Sales Manager: Minimum 4–6 years in sales & marketing with leadership experience in team handling.

Experience in Consumer Products, Stationery, or Cosmetics sector will be considered as an added advantage.

Job Purpose : The main purpose of these roles is to drive sales growth, ensure effective market coverage, and lead sales teams to achieve set business objectives. The incumbents will be responsible for developing strategies, managing distribution channels, monitoring performance, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth in their respective divisions and territories.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate sales teams to ensure performance and productivity.

  • Expand distribution network and ensure product availability in assigned territories.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and prepare necessary reports.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and proper stock management.
