Job Description

• URS, CS preparation for new purchase of equipment

• DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ protocol preparation, execution and reporting

• Preparation of validation master plan

• Preparation, update and maintaining of validation status report

• Preparation qualification protocol and report for different facility, system and equipment

• Responsible for prepare, check and review URS, BOQ, CS, IQ, OQ, PQ of system and process

• machineries for ongoing and upcoming project of ZISKA PHARMA as and when required

• Participation in different facility, system and equipment qualification exercise

• Executing optimization and/or process validation protocol for local and regulatory products

• Co-ordination of technology transfer activity

• Executing cleaning validation protocol and report preparation

• Executing and report preparation of different temperature and humidity mapping study

• Taking part of different investigation and risk assessment study related to validation and qualification
