Job Context:
∎ SAA is a Non-Governmental Educational Organization, (NGO) operating in the field of education in Canada, which was founded at first in Bangladesh in 1998 by the heads of the Foreign Department of several leading education establishments in Canada to increase and simplify the admission of students from foreign shores to them (educational establishments). The rectors of major universities and other professional staff of educational establishments are in the advisory board of SAA. During the past twenty-three years, over 6,900 students studying through the SAA in various fields.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objectives of this Role:
∎ Facilitate discussions with the consultants and executives to understand the requirements, strategy, and method of document processing
∎ Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
∎ Qualitative research methodologies include researching country policies and requirements for visa as well as university admission and representation policies and requirements
∎ Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions/obstacles to the senior executive
∎ Support the business development activities of the firm such as territory and service expansion, sister concern business expansions, etc.
∎ Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
∎ Quantitative research methodologies include office record data research for better client targeting, streamlining the administrative process, processing university admission, immigration, visa forms and files, etc.
∎ Work with senior management in the delivery of client engagements and associated outputs, supporting the team in day-to-day client management, project management and the development of high-quality client deliverables
∎ Develop and work with the team to establish future-facing insights, implications, and recommendations, delivering advice, making recommendations, and identifying and solving problems

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal writing and editing skills
∎ Strong leadership, communication, logic, innovation, and collaboration skills
∎ Well-developed research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail.
∎ Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
∎ Exceptional problem-solving skills - an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team
∎ Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, OneDrive, and PowerPoint
∎ Preferred Qualifications:
∎ Flexible schedule
∎ Comfortable handling confidential information
∎ Comfortable in working from a small workspace until renovation next year
∎ Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Within a range of BDT 15,000 to BDT 20,000 Must start work by 15th of November 2021 Working hours are six days a week (excluding Friday) between 10am to 6pm
