- Good organizational skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Address the medical issues of patients by referring to their history, diagnosis, care, therapy and referral, if appropriate.
Maintain confidentiality at all times. Collect documents and retain confidential information about patients, such as details of exams, medical records and studies.
Run minor operations and ensure providing quality health.
Explain to patients the procedures or medications recommended. Supervise and monitor the activities of the clinical staffs at the facility
Liaise with Neighborhood and Hospital care professionals.
Promote health education in collaboration with other health care practitioners.
Keep up to date with the medical, diagnosis, and drug developments.
Keeping up meetings and communication with field officers
Regular reporting to the Program Manager with progress report and required suggestions for service upgradation
