হাসপাতালে ২৪ ঘন্টা ডিউটি করতে হবে।
সকল রোগী দেখতে হবে।
আল্ট্রাসনোগ্রাম করতে হবে।
ওটি এসিস্ট করলে এবং ছোট অপারেশন করলে এর জন্য অতিরিক্ত ফি প্রদান করা হবে।
একটি হাসপাতালের আরএমও এর সকল দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে।
