Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 35 years
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in FMCG Sales & Distribution (specifically Snacks, Confectionery, or Food Manufacturing sector).

  • At least 3 years of solid working experience specifically in the capacity of a Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) or equivalent regional position.

  •  Extensive, deep geographical knowledge of the Chittagong & Sylhet belt and existing strong relationships with local trade networks and distributors.·      

  • Proven leadership capability to independently handle both a large field sales force and an analytical MIS team. Excellent data interpretation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Formulate, execute, and monitor comprehensive regional sales plans to ensure maximum market share, revenue growth, and brand visibility across the Chittagong and Sylhet Division.

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets.

  • Establish, expand, and manage a solid distribution network comprising distributors, wholesalers, and major retail channels across the territory.

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor a high-performing field sales force (Territory Sales Executives, TSOs, and SRs), fostering a culture of accountability and high output.

  • Directly manage and guide the regional Sales and MIS team to compile, analyze, and leverage daily/weekly sales data, market trend analysis, and performance metrics.

  • Identify market gaps, untapped territories, and competitor strongholds to convert them into active business growth opportunities.

  • Monitor distributor health, credit management, inventory rotation (FIFO), and ensure standard service level metrics.

  • Track competitor pricing, promotional schemes, trade activities, and market shifts to provide actionable feedback and strategic recommendations to national sales management.
