Job Context:
∎ Ashroy Foundation is looking for a qualified and experienced District Manager who will be responsible for managing the program timely and smoothly.
∎ Job Purpose: To provide a proactive, efficient and effective program management of project and ensure management systems and procedures are working efficiently and effectively, and that they are being adhered to. To prepare report, monitor different activities of program, ensure program records are properly maintained, meeting with partner NGO’s, donor’s and Government’s compliance.
∎ Job Duration: 1st May 2022 to 30 June 2023
∎ Job Location: Ashroy Foundation Head office, Khulna
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities and duties:
∎ As a representative for the organization implementing the program timely and smoothly;
∎ Cooperation and participation in organizing various meetings / seminars.
∎ Assistance in providing materials and allowances at all stages of the program;
∎ Implement social mobilization activities through effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders.
∎ Coordination and communication with local administration and local Govt .
∎ Smoothly implementing all activities related to the management of non-formal primary schools;
∎ Ensuring district level documentation and record keeping ;
∎ Coordinate and provide guidance to all staffs on a regular basis to ensure smooth implementation of the program;
∎ Regular field visit as per the guideline of program.
∎ Prepare an integrated progress report every month by collecting, analysing and verifying staff reports.
∎ Preparation Monthly, Quarterly and Annual report as per need of program and submit to concern authority in time.
∎ Documents keeping timely and effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have at least 5 (five) years’ work experience in equivalent positions in non-formal education program implementation, monitoring and supervision.
∎ Must have computer skills.
∎ Working experience in any non-governmental organization (NGO) or international non-governmental organization (INGO) or donor organization funded education program will be considered as a special qualification.
∎ Must be proficient in speaking and writing Bengali and English.
∎ Must be proficient in motorcycling with valid driving license.
∎ Proficiency in computer, Microsoft office programs (Word, excel, PowerPoint),software skill and email communication are essential.
∎ Good administrative and leadership skills, ability to work in a team, participatory planning, good interpersonal skill, organizing and problem solving abilities and good skill in Office Management and staff supervision.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Sound and prompt in different program reporting against program achievement.
∎ Skills in logistic supports and inventory management.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 33000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Minimum 25,000/- to 33,000/- depent on skill of candidate
