Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any recognized institute. Additional degree/ qualification/training in relevant discipline will be preferred.

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: CRP Manikganj Centre.
∎ Duration of Contract: 3 Years ( Up to September, 2025).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating an identity of project in the communities of Manikganj by visiting places and explaining people.
∎ Organizing and supporting OPDs to arrange different events.
∎ Provide accurate guidance to OPDs for receiving training and refresher training organized by project.
∎ Guiding OPDs during training.
∎ Supporting OPDs for preparing business development plan.
∎ Suitability assessment of proposed business in the OPDs location.
∎ Monitoring the implementation of business plan and how the business grow. Provide time to time feedback to OPD and report to AFO.
∎ Arrange advisory meeting with different govt. stakeholders.
∎ Arrange awareness raising program in the community.
∎ Support OPDs to observe the national and international days.
∎ Support OPDs to generate the upazilla based database of persons with disabilities.
∎ Arrange meeting with Community Group and Rogi Kallyan Sommittee to advocate for OPDs inclusion.
∎ Create a linkage with the health professionals of Primary Health Care system who will attend the ToT training and work to leverage the project work.
∎ Support OPDs to arrange the accessibility audits in the UHC/CC and coordinate the whole activity.
∎ Organize the yearly orientation program with Govt. stakeholders in project location.
∎ Arrange the disability screening camp in the community.
∎ Ensure patient referral to Manikganj center and relevant rehabilitation facilities.
∎ Collect data on project indicators guided by and submit to MEAL Officer.
∎ Home visit to SCI patients served by project and provide rehabilitation accessories.
∎ Attend the regular project coordination meetings, inception program, training, dissemination workshop and other programs as necessary and support the project team for successful implementation.
∎ Incorporate the safeguarding policies in each activity.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
