Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Disaster Risk Reduction/ Disaster Management/ Climate Change, Social Science / Development Studies/ relevant subject.
∎ Diploma in disability inclusion or equivalent is desirable*

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years working experience in disability inclusive programming or social inclusion programming (GESI) is required.
∎ Good knowledge of the HCTT Nexus Strategy for Climate-related Disasters 20212025 is a humanitarian preparedness and response strategy of Bangladesh, National Plan for Disaster Management (NPDM) 2021-25 and to complement the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) for Bangladesh in the relevant area.
∎ At least 4-5 years of working experience with reputable NGOs, INGOs, multilateral or international agencies in the social development sector in managing projects with sound knowledge of monitoring evaluation and learning.
