Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS degree preferably with post graduation in the field of public health or reproductive health.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a member of the Senior Management Team, contribute to the building of FPAB into an outstanding service delivery institution.
∎ Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, carry the overall responsibility for the Program Department of FPAB.
∎ Chart out programme activities and their budgetary requirements.
∎ Envision, plan and provide technical assistance, and guide systems and processes for effective deployment of programmes in the areas of
∎ o Safe abortion services
∎ o HIV & AIDS related services
∎ o Access to quality sexual and reproductive health care (including family planning services) and
∎ o Working with adolescent and youth
∎ Coordinate, monitor and review the implementation of programmes in terms of
∎ o Quality
∎ o Reach
∎ o Cost
∎ o Performance (impact)
∎ o Deployment and utilization of resources
∎ o Development of human resources
∎ o Deployment and stabilization of systems and processes
∎ o Delivery of programmes/services
∎ Articulate and institutionalize standards for clinical service delivery and quality of care, and ensure their implementation at all service delivery points of FPAB including quality of medical equipment, clinical supplies, medicines and contraceptives to be procured.
∎ Develop/update training manuals, and organize clinical and counseling training on Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and ensure that service providers meet national standards.
∎ Develop commercially viable high quality training packages on SRH for service providers and other international/national/government organizations.
∎ Develop innovative ideas or intervention models and research-oriented initiatives for enhancing the delivery of medical/clinical services.
∎ Provide data/information on relevant approaches/issues/options to the Executive Director.
∎ Establish and maintain liaison with relevant professional governmental and non-governmental bodies and stakeholders, and represent the organization in various external forums.
∎ Uphold the values, ethics and culture of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years' professional experience including at least 5 years' experience of working in the field of Sexual & Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR).
∎ Experience in successfully planning, designing, implementing, managing and coordinating projects/ programmes/ activities in SRHR field.
∎ Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, listening and speaking)
∎ Excellent computer skills

Salary: Tk. 150000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 2 (two) festival bonuses each year (each equal to 50% of monthly salary) and other benefits as per FPAB Service Rules.
