Education:
A Professor of ENT and/or HNS with an MBBS degree recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC), Fellowship (FCPS) and/ or Master of Surgery (MS) in ENT.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant field.
Proven track record of conducting complex ENT surgeries.

Responsibilities & Context:
SAHIC is seeking a distinguished Professor of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) to lead the Specialized ENT Hospital (SENTH) and other projects under SAHIC. The Director`s role involves managing medical professionals, nursing staff, and administrative personnel to ensure the effective delivery of services.
The Director will be accountable to the Executive Committee of SAHIC.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Executive Committee to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Lead and manage medical, administrative, and educational staff.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery.
Monitor budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Represent SAHIC in professional forums and build partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
