• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency, Hospital

• A Professor of ENT and/or HNS with an MBBS degree recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC), Fellowship (FCPS) and/ or Master of Surgery (MS) in ENT.

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency, Hospital

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant field.

• Proven track record of conducting complex ENT surgeries.

• Demonstrated experience in hospital or departmental management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

SAHIC is seeking a distinguished Professor of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) to lead the Specialized ENT Hospital (SENTH) and other projects under SAHIC. The Director`s role involves managing medical professionals, nursing staff, and administrative personnel to ensure the effective delivery of services.

The Director will be accountable to the Executive Committee of SAHIC.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Committee to align project goals with organizational objectives.

• Lead and manage medical, administrative, and educational staff.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery.

• Monitor budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

• Represent SAHIC in professional forums and build partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
