Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate shall have to perform, among others, the following duties:
∎ To fulfill the income and expenditure policies as per financial forecasts and adhere to proper accounting and reporting policies.
∎ To verify the integrity and accuracy of financial transactions and develop efficient process of financial management.
∎ To show proven managerial ability with excellent communication and influencing skills. Manage accounts personnel and keep vigilant eyes over sub-sectional activities.
∎ To handle salary disbursement and other payments ensuring records and bank reconciliation.
∎ To prepare and present yearly budget and arrange annual and periodic internal/external audits.
∎ To manage Tally and other accounting software for efficient book keeping and financial record keeping.
∎ To have sufficient knowledge Over VAT, TAX and AIT etc.
∎ To assure compliance of statutory laws and applicable statutes, rules, regulations and directives
∎ To act as Member-Secretary Of the Finance Committee.
