∎ We fully own and operate "Daily Cricket" (www.dailycricket.com.bd), one of the leading online cricket portals in Bangladesh with over 1.7 Million followers in our Facebook page.
∎ We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience, passion for Digital Media and a thorough understanding of Digital marketing concepts to join our team. The Ideal team member should have a proven track record of organizing and implementing successful cross channel digital marketing activities and campaigns utilizing a variety of mediums.
∎ Hours of work: Saturday to Thursday.
∎ Probation period: 3 months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ The Digital Sales & Marketing Executive's role is to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital sales and marketing activities across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have proven working experience in wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures of online and social media marketing and monetization programs.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Generate revenue for the organization, using both the online and offline sales and marketing campaigns, activities, and practices.
∎ Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
∎ Operating and executing the Social Media monetization programs such as Google Adsense, Admob, Facebook Audience Network, Video Monetization in Facebook, and YouTube etc.
∎ Creating necessary marketing database, email, and social media advertising and conduct advertising campaign.
∎ Working with the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of the website(s), be actively involved in SEO/SEM efforts (keyword, link building) etc.
∎ Developing, managing, and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, event support materials, brochures etc.
∎ Managing Clients and Agency Relationships.
∎ Preparing budgets and schedules for marketing campaigns.
∎ Preparing marketing reporting post campaigns, with analytics, ROI, KPI etc.
∎ Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate.
∎ Being highly creative and ability to think outside the box.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of working experience in Digital Marketing or in a similar role.
∎ Experience in Database Marketing, E-mailers & SMS activities to generate leads.
∎ Knowledge of website analytics tools.
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and keep to deadlines.
∎ Meticulous attention to details.
∎ Ability to work in both in-door and out-door and late nights where necessary.
∎ Organized and able to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
∎ Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
∎ PREFERABLES:
∎ Passionate and knowledge for cricket, since it is a cricket related sports portal.
∎ Knowledge of social media operations and management.
∎ Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustration/In-motion would be added advantage.
Salary:
∎ Salary: Negotiable, depending on qualification and experience.
