∎ Experience Requirements
∎ • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital media, media buying, and campaign management—preferably in FMCG, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
∎ • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other performance marketing platforms.
∎ • Strong understanding of digital KPIs, including CTR, CPM, vCPM, engagement rates, conversion metrics, and eCommerce funnel analytics.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ • Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
∎ • Creative thinker with an analytical approach to decision-making.
∎ • Prior experience managing agencies, influencers, and large-scale campaign execution.
∎ • Familiarity with design and content creation tools is an added advantage.

∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ A. Integrated Digital Media Management
∎ • Develop and execute cohesive digital marketing strategies for both FMCG and Watch divisions.
∎ • Align digital campaigns with brand positioning and overall business goals.
∎ • Oversee platform activities across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
∎ B. Media Buying & Budget Management
∎ • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital media campaigns to ensure ROI.
∎ • Manage and track digital advertising budgets and performance metrics.
∎ • Work with agencies to negotiate value-driven media deals.
∎ C. Content Strategy & Management
∎ • Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to lead content ideation and development.
∎ • Ensure brand-consistent messaging and visual storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
∎ • Manage content calendars and campaign rollouts in sync with seasonal promotions.
∎ D. eCommerce Ecosystem Management
∎ • Drive online sales through partnerships with e-commerce platforms and digital payment providers.
∎ • Enhance user experience and optimize the customer journey on digital sales channels.
∎ • Oversee e-commerce support and coordinate timely fulfillment of online orders.
∎ E. Data, Analytics & Reporting
∎ • Track key digital metrics using GA4, Firebase, Pixel, and other tools.
∎ • Derive consumer insights and improve strategy based on digital behavior.
∎ • Prepare performance dashboards and reports for leadership review.
∎ F. People Management
∎ • Lead internal digital marketing team and collaborate with external partners and agencies.
∎ • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and support team development.
∎ • Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
∎ G. Stakeholder Collaboration
∎ • Work cross-functionally with IT, Accounts, Branding, and Operations.
∎ • Liaise with media houses, digital platforms, and influencer networks.
∎ • Ensure timely and effective communication of digital strategies and initiatives.
∎ H. Compliance & Industry Awareness
∎ • Stay updated on legal, ethical, and platform-specific advertising standards.
∎ • Ensure full compliance with digital media laws and data privacy regulations.
∎ • Monitor industry shifts and competitive movements to adapt strategies proactively.
∎ I. Innovation & Experimentation
∎ • Explore and implement emerging technologies and digital platforms.
∎ • Foster innovation through experimentation and A/B testing.
∎ • Pilot and evaluate new content formats to enhance engagement.
∎ J. Digital Transformation Leadership
∎ • Champion digital transformation within marketing and operational teams.
∎ • Integrate digital tools and systems for improved efficiency and outreach.
∎ • Ensure the team is trained and up-to-date with the latest digital trends.
