The Ideal team member should have a proven track record who has organized and implemented successful cross channel digital marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of mediums.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Digital Marketing Specialist's role is to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing activities across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have proven working experience in wide range of field practices, concepts and procedures of online and social media marketing.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
∎ Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, event support materials, brochures etc.
∎ Managing Clients and Agency Relationships.
∎ Preparing budgets and schedules for marketing campaigns.
∎ Preparing marketing reporting post campaigns, with analytics, ROI, KPI etc.
∎ Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
∎ Being highly creative and ability to think outside the box.
Additional Requirements:
∎ MUST HAVES:
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in Digital Marketing or in a similar role.
∎ Knowledge of website analytics tools.
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google, Faceboook monetization campaigns.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and keep to deadlines.
∎ Meticulous attention to details.
∎ Ability to work in both in-door and out-door and late nights where necessary.
∎ Organized and able to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
∎ Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary negotiable, depending on experience, skill and relevance.
