  • 2–4 years’ experience in Digital Marketing/SEO and Monetization models

  • Strong understanding of Google SEO, keyword research tools

  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads

  • Knowledge of Canva/Cap Cut/Premiere (basic editing)

  • Strong English & Bangla communication

  • Data-driven mindset & creativity

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Media marketing and developing commercial/creative treatment plan.

We are starting an OTT streaming platform producing premium dramas, series, films, and promotional content. Our focus is cinematic storytelling, high-quality visuals, and a strong brand presence across digital platforms. We are looking for an experienced Video Editor with strong image editing and design skills to support both content production and marketing.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our online OTT presence, increase traffic, align monetization and optimize all digital channels. You will manage SEO, social media, paid ads, content planning, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical)

  • Perform keyword research and optimize website ranking

  • Plan and run social media content calendars (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)

  • Manage paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

  • Must have knowledge on SVOD, TVOD, AVOD & PVOD

  • Create engaging posts, reels, short-form videos

  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite

  • Improve website traffic, conversions & brand visibility

  • Collaborate with designers, video editors & content creators

  • Optimize landing pages for SEO and conversions

  • Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Impressions, Engagement, Reach)
