∎ 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
∎ Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
∎ Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
∎ Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including:
∎ Google Analytics
∎ Google Ads
∎ Social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads)
∎ Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailpoet)
∎ Content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing copy.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
∎ Knowledge of the insurance industry, products, and regulations is a plus.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
