Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising all digital marketing strategies of the hospital to increase patient volume, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance online reputation. The role requires strong knowledge of the Bangladeshi healthcare market, ethical medical promotion guidelines, and performance-driven campaign management.


Strategy & Planning

  • Develop annual digital marketing plan aligned with hospital business objectives.

  • Create promotional strategies for OPD, IPD, ICU, Diagnostic Services, Health Packages, and Specialist Consultants.

  • Prepare digital budget and ensure ROI-driven campaign execution.

 Campaign Management

  • Lead and manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads campaigns.

  • Launch awareness campaigns (Dengue, Seasonal Diseases, Vaccination, Health Camps, etc.).

  • Manage paid ads for specialist doctor promotions and service campaigns.

 Website & SEO Management

  • Ensure hospital website optimization (SEO, content updates, service pages).

  • Improve organic search ranking and local SEO visibility.

  • Oversee website analytics and traffic performance.

 Brand & Reputation Management

  • Monitor and manage online reviews (Google, Facebook).

  • Ensure ethical and compliant healthcare communication.

  • Handle crisis communication on digital platforms.

 Team Leadership

  • Supervise Digital Marketing Executives, Designers, and Content Creators.

  • Coordinate with Doctors, PRO Team, HR, and Administration.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluation of digital team.

 Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze digital KPIs (Leads, Cost per Lead, Engagement, Conversion Rate).

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.

  • Recommend strategic improvements based on data insights.
