Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager who can build a strong online presence for our real estate brand, generate qualified leads, manage digital campaigns, and support project launches. The ideal candidate must have experience in real estate or high-ticket product marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Create and execute lead-generation campaigns on Facebook, Google, YouTube, Linkedin and Instagram.

  • Generate qualified leads for apartments, plots, and commercial spaces.

  • Optimize cost-per-lead and maximize conversion rates.

  • Manage retargeting campaigns and drip marketing funnels.

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Manage all social media pages and increase brand engagement.

  • Plan monthly social media calendars.

  • Create content ideas (video, graphics, reels, carousel posts).

  • Coordinate with designers, videographers & agencies.

Website & Landing Pages

  • Manage company website updates and analytics.

  • Create conversion-focused landing pages for project launches.

  • Improve SEO ranking for real estate keywords.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance through GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM dashboards.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

  • Analyze campaign data and optimize continuously.

Marketing Collateral & Branding

  • Support creation of project brochures, 3D visuals, ads, billboards, and promotional videos.

  • Ensure strong brand presence across online & offline channels.

Strong Coordination with Sales Team

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to align lead quality & funnel.

  • Monitor follow-up process and reduce lead leakage.

  • Provide daily/weekly lead reports and feedback loops.
