Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research market and make strategy, annual and monthly activities roadmap etc.
∎ Market the products and services as well as build the brand thru digital channels
∎ Manage team members for achieving organizational goals as well as ensuring good working environment
∎ Build partner base (referrers, resellers, affiliates etc.) and managing profitable relationship
∎ Utilizing budget and human resources in optimum level ensuring customer satisfaction as well as minimum resource wastage
∎ Run all types of digital marketing possible under the budget and resources covering Email, Social Media, Content, Search, Paid Ads etc.
∎ Guide and develop marketing materials
∎ Track budget, expenses and campaign outcome to evaluate each campaign based on project objectives and industry norms
∎ Analyze data, make reports and take necessary corrective steps
∎ Make and provide sales presentation and product demonstration to customers and internal stakeholders
∎ Identify and develop concepts for promotional campaigns that meet identified customers' needs
∎ Read trade journals and professional literature to stay informed on trends, innovations, and changes that affect digital marketing
∎ Drive revenue and KPIs
