∎ One Direction IT is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager & SEO Expert to manage our projects and deal with new clients and develop all digital marketing strategies, analyze relevant data, and execute digital marketing campaigns creatively. As a result, he or she must have extensive knowledge of the sector and a thorough comprehension of the latest developments in SEO and other aspects of digital marketing. In addition, he or she must be able to apply the most effective tools, approaches, and ideas across several platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Introduce and implement new and innovative SEO/SEM, marketing database, newsletter campaign, social media campaign, and content strategy growth techniques.
∎ Ability to target audiences, analyze, plan, and implement SEO, On-Page/Off-Page SEO, and keyword research. Social media marketing expertise, including sponsored and organic platforms.
∎ Consider forums, directories, guest posting, infographics, and sponsored posts when evaluating websites and content producers for future link-building opportunities.
∎ To ensure healthy links and a healthy backlink profile, analyze your backlink profile regularly (looking for link SPAM concerns) and reports through Google Webmaster Tools.
∎ Monitor all active campaigns, evaluate against objectives (ROI and KPIs), and suggest ways to stand out.
∎ Work with the sales and customer service departments to develop integrated tactics to improve client satisfaction.
∎ Have a good understanding of e-commerce Strategy for Digital Marketing
∎ Advanced graphic design skills are required.
∎ Advanced keyword analysis and keyword surfing skills are required.
∎ Solid familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO and the ability to identify potent keywords that will bring the most valuable traffic.
∎ Examine competition keywords and SEO tactics. Understanding of creating banners, images, promotions, and other graphics for use on the website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
∎ Must have prior experience with SEO, including both on-page and off-page optimization. Create and manage a link-building strategy for SERP and build links regularly.
∎ Expertise in managing digital marketing initiatives on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and YouTube.
∎ Prepare sales action plans, strategies, and activity schedules.
∎ Creative planning and execution of direct digital marketing operations, as well as strong graphic design skills

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
