Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Expert to manage and optimize our online presence across the Super Shop and Real Estate divisions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital campaign management, social media strategy, and data visualization/reporting. You will play a key role in driving traffic, generating qualified leads, enhancing customer engagement, and visually reporting performance insights to management.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Strategy
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
Create and maintain marketing funnels for both Super Shop and Real Estate segments.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new digital opportunities.
Content Creation & Branding
Collaborate with creative teams to design and publish engaging digital content (graphics, videos, product showcases, and property listings).
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
Work with photographers, designers, and videographers to create high-quality marketing visuals.
Data Analysis & Visual Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio (Looker Studio).
Develop visual dashboards and monthly marketing reports to communicate performance insights and ROI to management.
Present actionable recommendations based on analytical findings to improve future campaigns.
Customer Engagement & Conversion
Implement CRM-based marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and retain customers.
Manage online reviews, reputation, and social media interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration between marketing campaigns and conversion pipelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in both Super Shop and Real Estate industries.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, and CRM systems.
Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau).
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work under tight deadlines.
