∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content writing (preferably in the education sector)
∎ Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, ,SEO tools, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Marketing
∎ Strong writing skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Creative thinker with a result-driven and detail-oriented mind-set

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Digital Marketing
∎ Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google)
∎ Manage and grow social media presence through engaging, brand-aligned content
∎ Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI
∎ Develop and execute strategies for digital lead generation
∎ Regularly update and maintain company website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
∎ Video & Reels Edit As per Company’s Requirements
∎ Help to Designing Team to Generate New Designs
∎ Content Writing
∎ Create compelling and creative content for social media, blogs, and websites
∎ Draft professional content for email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
∎ Write Statements of Purpose (SOPs), admission letters, and student testimonials
∎ Collaborate with counselling teams to develop tailored content for student needs
∎ Key Responsibilities
