Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Campaign Planning, Core Digital Marketing, Creative Content Creation, Field Marketing, Social Media Marketing, video content, video editing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, College, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service, Market Research Firms, University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all Online/ offline marketing including digital marketing (e.g. SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, Google add, social media, YouTube and display advertising campaigns).
∎ Ability to do video editing, graphic design, website maintenance.
∎ field Marketing when required.
∎ Should have a positive mind set to achieve a target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Represents the institutes at various recruitment events to interpret institutional admissions requirements.
∎ Expert in hosting, presentation, social media operation, facebook live, online program management etc.
∎ Able to write any content to maintain different social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, twitter etc).
∎ Ability to do search Engine Optimization (SEO).
∎ Visit, build and maintain relationships with high school/college counselors and alumni in an assigned fixed region, as well as with faculty, staff.
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
∎ Content writing and creating video content and posting those in different social media.
∎ Ability to work and establish an e-learning platform.
∎ Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Quick learner and good knowledge along with good problem solving ability.
∎ Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Bangla and English Language.
∎ Candidates must be hard workers, passionate, dedicated, dynamic, self motivated, energetic and should be capable of working under pressure.
∎ Candidates who reside at Uttara, Dhaka will get preference.
∎ Candidate has to be able to take challenges and fulfill targets
∎ Ability to plan, implement, manage any project/task individually.
∎ Must have core i3, 10 generation laptop and other digital devices (e.g. microphone, webcam, lighting system etc.) for online meeting/ event.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ BDT 20,000 - 30,000 based on experience
